Our company has independently and successfully tested hardening liquid compound technology of the company greatly improves the working environment of workers, has good hardening effect and is eco-friendly and economical, greatly improving the product quality of castings. The company has an independent heat treatment workshop, several professional heat treatment engineers (one of them was responsible for technical management in large state-owned enterprise with more than 30 years of experience in heat treatment) who have rich practice experience and high debugging level, five professional workers, five 150KW heat treatment furnaces, one 40m3 quenching pool and two well type tempering furnaces.

It passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2005 and the certification of ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System (the industry standard of international automobile industry) in 2012.
