Baoding City Xingwang Machinery Co., Ltd. (old name is Baoding Xingwang Steel Castings Co., Ltd.) is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, enjoying advantageous geographical environment and convenient transportation. Founded in 2001, the company has a floor area of 30,000 square meters. It has a fixed capital of over 40 million RMB and an annual productivity of more than 6,000 tons of investment castings, 5000 tons of sand castings and 2000 tons of forging, and is capable of machining.
In 2017, our company invested more than 30 million in Zhangwu County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province to establish a new foundry, adopting silica sol and water glass investment casting process. It covers 35,000 square meters, with an annual capability of more than 6,000 tons of precision castings and more than 300,000 pieces machinery parts accordingly. In 2017, in order to expand the company's business, it has established a new branch in Beijing , located in Grade A office building Guotou Fortune Plaza, near Beijing West Railway Station , enjoying excellent office environment and location.
As an enterprise specialized in the manufacture and processing of investment castings, sand casting and forging, the company mainly produces more than 1,000 kinds of products made from dozens of materials such as carbon stee, alloy steel, stainless steel, grey iron, ductile iron and wear resistant iron,and the products are widely applied to chemical valves, railway turnout and train components, engineering machinery, automobile and motor parts and mechanical parts.The company is certified with TS16949:2009 Quality Management system and EN15085 Railway applications-Welding of railway vehicles and components. Besides meeting the demands of domestic customers, main products of the company are exported to America, Japan, UK, Netherlands, Canada, etc. Our partners include Volvo, Great Wall Motors, Siemens, OTIS, Premier, etc.
The company adopts the lost wax process,silica sol process and sand casting process; it also applies CAE/InteCAST Solidification Simulation Software. It owns four automatic production lines, 6 advanced SCR intermediate frequency furnace, 4 quenching furnace, 4 pit furnaces and 4 annealing furnaces. Moreover, the company has one set of latest version of quality assurance equipment, including optical spectrum analyzer, computerized hydraulic universal testing machine, magnetic particle inspection machine, Brinell hardness tester, impact testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, metallographic analysis, and coordinate measuring instrument. The company has an independent machining workshop, including 30 sets of equipment such as numerically controlled lathes, CNC machining centers, milling machines, laths and grinding machines.
